Four Cups of Wine (Pesach)

Shemoth (Exodus) Chapter 6:6-7

This is an update to my study on Pesach…in this scripture it talks about the four cups. Now what are these cups. from these two verses it explain what they are.

The scripture said,

6 Say, therefore, to the children of Yisra’el, I am YHWH, and I shall bring you out from under the burdens of the Mitsrites, and shall deliver you from their enslaving, and shall redeem you with an outstretching arm, and with great judgments, 7 and  shall take you as my people, and I shall be your Elohim, And you shall know that I am YHWH your Elohim who is bringing you out from under the burdens of the Mitsrites.

Let me break down what YHWH said from these verses,

  1. I shall bring you out from under the burdens of the Mitsrites – This speak of Salvation…what salvation is all about is transferring flesh to take up a new nature call change.
  2. He deliver you from their enslaving act –  This speaks of Judgment…which Eloah has the ability to make considered decisions to come to a sensible conclusion
  3. He redeem you with an outstretching arm –  This speak of  Redemption the action of regaining or gaining possession in exchange for Yahshua body..his body on the stake is what clear our debts. Next Sanctification…it is the act or process of acquiring sanctity and here is where Yahshua’s death breaks down that barrier now we can enter
  4. He promise to take us as his people – This speaks of Peace and Restoration – peace is freedom from disturbance and brings man to tranquility whereas restoration means you have been restore back to the original status

Verse eight (8) indicates

And I shall bring you into the land which I swore to give to Abraham, to Yitshaq, and to Ya’aqob, to give it to you as an inheritance. I am YHWH

This verse speaks of EliYahu 5th cup
